My name is Angie. I am a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer and strength coach. My husband and I have 6 kids we attempt to keep track of while also balancing our work lives. I wish I could say I have the secret to a healthy lifestyle all figured out, but I too am navigating what works best in my life on a continuous basis.
There is no "one-size fits all" approach to a healthy lifestyle, especially when it comes to nutrition. Each individual's genetics, environment, past experiences and current life circumstances need to be considered when determining personalized nutrition and health goals. Each person's optimal healthy lifestyle plan is determined through a collaborative process.
My goal is to help each client define their own ideal picture of health. As life changes, this picture can change. I use a functional nutrition lens to determine the most appropriate nutrition and lifestyle interventions for your health improvement. Together, we make a plan of implementation.
